1 grievance procedure
HRa process for settling or redressing employee complaints. A grievance procedure is part of an organization’s personnel policy and sets out how an employee with a work-related grievance can bring up the issue and how it may be addressed and resolved. Such a procedure should focus on settling the matter as soon as possible, so as to promote employee satisfaction and prevent the issue escalating into a dispute. -
